IDX was originally a screen print and embroidery shop under the name’ Image Depot Express’. They have 30 years of experience and have built up a book of business and reputation throughout those years. In 2020, the founder and owner’s son bought the business. He decided that he wanted to change the strategy the business was based on. Instead of focusing on the products, he wanted to focus on the services like inventory, webstores, and product selection. This would set them apart from their competitors.

‘Image Depot Express’ wanted to rebrand itself in a way that would speak to the clientele they wanted and would also stand out amongst competitors. The brand had to feel exclusive, industrial, and trustworthy.
