Bandaids & Bleeding Wounds is the debut book and autobiography by Lindsey Acosta. The book shows the story of someone choosing to put a bandaid over a large problem and never dealing with the source. After too long, a bandaid isn’t enough to keep the problem from getting worse. How does one deal with this problem and finally learn to address the problems as they arise? The book is an exploration of that problem and the solution the author find through personal experience.
Promotional Video
I was also commissioned to create a promotional video for the book. This had to be evocative and eye-catching. The visuals for this video were pulled from the book and story. The goal was to paint a picture of what the book was about without telling a direct story. In this way, the audience is given enough information to form ideas as to what the story is, but not enough to know what the real story is. This creates intrigue for the viewers.
